Flora Orthodontics can accept scans from any major scanners' provider such as itero, TRIOS and Meditlink, if your scanner isn’t listed here you can give us a call to find out more, or impressions in the post. To send us a digital scan, please follow your supplier’s guidelines for adding us to your system. You can email STL files to info@floraorthodontics.co.uk. If you would prefer to send us impressions through the post, you can download a copy of our prescription form and freepost label here.

If this is the first time for sending us a case, you do not need to set up an account before proceeding. We will simply create an account for you once we receive your impressions/scan and prescription form.

From receipt of your order, our standard turnaround time for our appliances is 5 full working days for Essix Retainers and Fixed Bonded Retainers, 10 full working days for Clear Aligners and 15 working days for any URAs, Functionals and Digital RME cases.  For faster delivery, our Flora Express Service is also available. A same day Retention Package service is available to practices in Central London.

Alginates impression and functional bites can be sent to us by using free postage labels from our Download section.
